The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 41 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine (re Appointment of Forensic Inquiry)"

The Law introduces amendments to Article 41 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine and specifies the legal status of persons authorized to hold forensic inquiry.

The Law eliminates defects in the Economic Procedural Code, as it fails to set requirements to the persons attracted by court as experts for holding of forensic inquiry.

Relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No1088.
